Kosher by Malka produces ultra-luxury Passover programs at world-class 5-star resorts, for 500 to 1,000 guests. I lead the pastry division — a brigade of up to 15 pastry chefs, bringing my handpicked core team together with the resort’s own staff.
Through the intense holiday schedule we run lavish dessert buffets every day, alongside plated fine-dining desserts for the holiday and Shabbat gala dinners — all in step with the executive kitchen and under the strictest kosher standards.
The next stop is Cartagena, Colombia, alongside Chef Meir Adoni.
