Setting up a one-of-a-kind kosher bakery in Panama City — from laminated pastries and babka to challah, cakes and cookies.
Yoss Bakery + Café brought me from Israel to Panama City to help build a kosher bakery unlike anything else in the city.
Together we created the menu from the ground up — laminated croissants and pain au chocolat, babkas, challah, cakes and cookies — and got the bakery ready to welcome its first customers.
